CedarFresh Balls - Lavender (18 Count)

I bought this pack to spread through bedroom drawers and bed linen storage containers. I've used a similar product in the past and I was satisfied with the balls. I find cedar balls aesthetically pleasing, environmentally friendly and they do the job. However, this set had barely no lavender scent when I opened the box. For the rest, what makes cedar balls successful against scrawlers is their natural cedar scent and oils; yet, the scent  was barely there for me. Perhaps the fact that I cannot smell anything doesn't mean anything, and they work the same? In short, I hope they do the job, but not sure if they will.

Lofee Coffee machine and counter mat (Dark grey, 40x60cm)

I have one of these on my kitchen counter top underneath my air-fryer and toaster. It's quite large and made of thick cushiony material that doesn't slide or move on its own like other mats I own do. It repels small crumbs or salt or pieces of food while other mats seem to attract them. It absorbs water well, liquids dry quickly and it's easy to clean. It also look great on the counter. I wish they made them twice the size. A bit pricey, but well worth it.

KOMPLEMENT Drawer mat, light grey patterned, 90x53 cm

This is a drawer mat made of stiff warm grey felt with a cute white pattern. It's very pretty. The mat back has tiny silicone dots so that it holds onto the surface you place it on. This size perfectly fits the Ikea Komplement drawers, but it can be easily cut to size to fit it in other drawers. 

 

I bought several of these to use them as drawer mats, floor mat (under a small storage unit) and to cover the inside of some large woven Ikea boxes.  and floor mats. Yes, I know, this was never designed as floor mat, but I have two of these underneath the translucent floor protector on which I have my swivel chair, and they look great as well and protect the floor without adding any bulk.

VARIERA Drawer Mat (150 cm)

This is a large roll of thick good quality rugged plastic that can be used to protect kitchen drawers, cupboard shelves,  kitchen tops,  shelves in general, and even as floor mat on which to place small items of furniture. It can be cut easily. I placed part of it on top of my washing machine to protect it from the metal baskets I have on to of it, and it's great. It also limits the movement of the baskets when the washing machine is spinning. Great price and quality., and so many uses I can give it to it.

KRILLE Leg with castor, white (70 cm)

These legs are sold individually to use with the individual table top of your choice. They are made of good quality strong metal and have an excellent epoxy coating. The castors are fabulous and lockable.

 

The Krille is easy to assemble and, screwing it to the table-top, is straight forward. However, the location of some of the screws holes is wrong, making something as simple as screwing a total pain. I don't have an electric screw-driver so I used a manual one and, despite having small hands, I still had difficulty positioning my hands in a way that I would be able to fully screw some of them. The spacing should have been different. I understand that the holes have to match those that the table-tops have, but the holes on the the leg base were to close to the metal bar. I had difficulty screwing them manually, so I don't know how a person with big hands or a big screwing tool can do that. For the rest, a great purchase.

Rust-Oleum 2X Ultra Cover Satin Spray, Granite, 340 g

I used this can to (kinda) restore one of those old garden metal tables that had the paint coat peeled after being outdoors for too long. I removed the coat of paint left, which was already flaky, and then hand-sanded the surface. After which I applied two coats of this spray paint. It looks pretty good, although I need a third coat for the inner lattice creases to be properly covered. Sure, the results would have been better if I had used proper outdoor paint or an epoxy paint, or if the table surface was completely smooth and not grainy as it was. But, honestly, this spray is just brilliant to have things done quickly and effectively even if you, like me, aren't patient with DIY. Most importantly, my garden table looks great again.
 
The paint dried quickly outdoors, but I used it in two sunny warm days. Application is super-easy due to the nozzle having a good steady spray flow without having to press too strongly. I still have plenty of paint left in the can after the two first coats, which is great. The paint colour is true to the can's cap colour.
 
I like the satin finish but I think I prefer matte finish for outdoor furniture and garden stuff.
 
Overall, I had a great experience with this brand and spray paint, and I'll definitely buy this product again.

Important -- Shake the can vigorously before use. Also, you should use a respirator mask because, otherwise, you'll be inhaling the paint toxic fumes.
