Life-Space Double Strength Probiotic Capsules (64 Billion CFU , 15 Strains, 30 count)

This is a double-dose version of the 15-strain variety that I reviewed in the past. This one has 60-millium CFU and the other 30 million, but the strains are the same. I bought this variety as it was heavily discounted and wanted to know if I'd notice a difference. It hasn't made a difference to me. Said differently, it's still an excellent product, but I don't see a difference in my body from the lower-dose capsules. 

 

I love the packaging. The glass container can be easily reused as the info on it is written on an easily detachable plastic coat. These capsules don't need of refrigeration, so I can keep the jar anywhere. 

 

I cannot publish the review on Amazon as I reviewed the other variety and the system is blocking this one. Whatever. That's why I have this blog :)

Life Space probiotics are my fav in the market among the ones I've tried. This variety is perfect to use when my microbiota is affected by illness or medication. For daily uses I take another variety with less strains. These capsules are easy to swallow, odourless and tasteless and they work. They don't need of refrigeration, so I keep them in my pantry or in my office's drawers. I love the fact that the jar is glass and the plastic waste minimal. The labelling can be easily peeled so I reuse these jars for different storage purposes. Great value for money, too, as he jar has 60 capsules and it lasts me, even when I take them often around 2-3 months.

Nature's Way Restore 30 Billion Probiotic 30 Capsules

I've  used this brand of probiotics before, the regular version, for years, on an off, depending on my needs. I used as a preventive sort of supplement and to keep a healthy intestinal flora. I never tried this concentrated version till now due to some medication affecting my digestion and regularity. I saw results in a day, noticeable results in three days and my body was working like a clock after a week.  This is a relatively simple probiotic, in the sense that it has just 4 probiotic strains but in high dose. It worked for me, probably because I have healthy eating habits and general good health. I'm happy that I got the relief I needed and didn't have to pay for the way more expensive 15-strain varieties, because just these four were sufficient. Naturopathica GastroHealth Probiotics

Naturopathica GastroHealth in capsules is an every-day probiotic brand that will help you keep your intestinal flora happy like in a manicured garden. They will help you recover from common ailments (flu, fungal infections, or stomach flu for example) and are needed to help recover your system after having antibiotics (my doctor dixit.)

Although I use stronger probiotics from other brands when I am sick (as they have many more millions of probiotics per capsule and many more varieties  as well) these are my usual daily brand.
