Generic Cat Wrist Rest Mouse Pad

Super-cute silicone cat that works as a wrist support cushion. It really allows the wrist to rest comfortably. The material doesn't deform or changes shape, or, said differently, recovers its shape after use. The material is so yummy that the cat can be used as stress relief ball. Price was ridiculous for such a great product. I would have loved the rest being a bit larger, but is is great buy and very useful.

Generic Silicone Crab Kitchen Utensil Rest (2pc)

I bought this from Amazon Haul. bought this pair because they look cute and identical other crab resting tools I've seen online but a fraction of the price. You know, sometimes the idea is great, the materials are good (silicone in this case) but it turns out to be a waste of money. The space between the crab's legs is too wide, so it can barely hold anything except for utensils with very thick handles, i.e. barely any of the ones I own.  Even those that  are thick enough aren't properly hold, or hold as much as if I put them directly onto the cooking pan/pot handle. Also, I can only use this when the pan/pot is not on the knob, that is, after switching the gas/power off, as otherwise they can burn because the crab sits on the pan/pot handle area that is closer to the fire. Generic French Butter Crock (Flower)

I've never had a crock before, so I bought this one mostly because of the wonderful floral design and great pricing. I watched some YouTube mini videos to check how to use this properly. This is a traditional way of keeping butter and really something I didn't know I needed till I got it. 

The exterior shell covers and protects an inverted cup shell where you put the butter in. The inner cup is  placed upside down after having added water to the exterior shell, up to the level marked outside. Add a pinch of salt to the water. When you place the cup down, it creates a vacuum-seal kind of effect, and this keeps the butter fresh and spreadable. I change the water every 4 to 7 days. I keep the crock on my kitchen bench, away from the sun and from any heat source; no mould so far! The container outer shell is quite large, but the amount of butter you can put inside the storage cup is about 150 grams. It washes easily by hand or in the dishwasher. I love this crock!

Generic Artist Viewfinder

This is a generic viewfinder or view-catcher made of great quality plastic, as good as the original but at a fraction of the price. Viewfinders are great for open-air painting to frame the image you want to paint, or to select the best composition by framing the view and moving  the finder around till the composition is of of your liking. The holes allow to isolate colours on the paper and on the view being captured. The viewfinder can also be used on small to medium sketches to single out areas to find the best composition. One of those tools that every artist needs.
